What would happen? Well, I assume it would get printed on the birth certificate and that is what ppl would call her for the rest of her life. no big deal, sort of like when Cher named their daughter "Chastity".

It would be like johnny Cash's song A boy named Sue.
That Child would be hassled her whole life long. Sure there might be a 10 year period out of her life she "might" like it.
When her parents finally grew up, they would also hate it.
