If the billions upon billions of dollars the West sends to Africa every year isn't helping, I cannot see how 1 blog will. They are a pretty much lost cause. I've lived in Africa for a long time.

But if you feel you've got what it takes, go to the links. They are apparently the best blogging website with the most viewers/readers so people will be reading your articles. Topics are so wide-ranging as well. It's all free too.

a kind and generous thought - i'm sure Africa will be grateful.

although, Africa is somewhat HUGE and sadly many of the smaller countries within said continent are governed by liars and cheats who steal any aid that is given in good will.

good luck though & i'm sorry i don't have any site's to show you that may help you on your quest.
xx

What in tarnation are you going to discuss about Africa? Do you live here? What do you know that nobody else doesn't know? The continent of Africa is vaste. People in my country South Africa always take the bitterness of the poison of a country like Zimbabwe and its pathetic leader in Robert Mugabe. People in the West still dont know that South Africa is in the most Southern point of Africa and has nothing to do with the likes of Zimbabwe, Nigeria and the DRC. The media does a very good job in making people more ignorant of the conditions of the continent. They have yet to learn the distance and difference between the countries of Africa. There's war, famine, HIV, hunger and poverty in Africa. What else are you going to say.Yes, people like Robert Mugabe rather see their people suffer and still torture them for stance against him, but the whole world knows that. He doesn't give a damn about what the world thinks. The same with most war torn countries in Africa. If you live in Africa, you are certainly welcome to shed light on culture and situations. Just make sure you know what you talking about. Asking a hungry child if they're hungry isn't a solution. People would take offence.

You have too much time. You should do a lot of background research before asking YA for how to start. Are you trying to make money off of people who really care...

definite you may. actually, some human beings think of of catchy names, sign up them, and then sell them. you will possibly be able to make some good money with it. My pal registered call wiiclub.ru for couple greenbacks, then bought it for $500.

why do you want to blog about something you know so little about? Just wondering....
As for info, read the UNHCR, UN, UNESCO, AU, ILO, WHO sites to get a cross section of the issues surrounding the continent. Good luck.
