All bills have a 3 day grace period (for when you mail it). dont worry if your late as long as you pay it. Over 3 days you will get an interest charge or late fee penalty, normaly only a few bucks extra

Actually it depends on the account you have with them! And yes it can be disconnected in about 5-7 days
