in any situation where someone is paying a premium price for a superior product their expectation for perfection is going to shoot up. These same ppl probably act the same way at nice restaurants, and upscale department stores, etc. This of course doesn't excuse their attitude, but don't assume that it is limited to being at Starbucks- they probably really are jerks and snobs.

That is not to say that all Starbucks drinkers are such, but the snooty and rich are certainly drawn there.

GEEZE! I'm not a jerk, or a snob! I'm just a normal gal... who tends to not wear makeup & is as humble as humble can be! I know what you're talking about though... keep in mind, that if you can afford to spend $5 on a large late' every day, that's $35 a week on one coffee a day! I don't get a starbucks every day, but I sure wish I could afford that kind of habit! You might as well be a smoker! It's the same price!

$140 p/mo
$1680.00 p/yr

That's a rather ridiculous assumption. I go to Starbucks and I'm certainly not a jerk. (Although I do like to jerk someone off). But I'm certainly not a snob!
