I applied for a job with a specific company about three days ago. Just now, I was continuing with my job search on Monster.com as I do everyday, and the exact job that I applied to through the company website is posted there. Now, I am on monster.com everyday and I've never seen the company post there. Ever. So should I apply again? Or would that be redundant? Any advice please, thanks.

So far it's unanimous. Thanks guys. I won't reapply but I will follow up.
Wish me luck, and I wonder why I ask a perfectly honest question and get nasty sarcastic answers from a few people. I never did anything to you, if you don't have an answer, just keep it to yourself. Please. Being unemployed is hard enough with out getting beat up on.

Hi I'm in Hr and though you've already heard here that you can't reapply for the same job twice, I'll give you some more info. It's only been three days, that's nothing. Sometimes we collect resumes for weeks before reviewing them, you just don't know what their time frame is. Also, when we list jobs on places like monster, we can only buy a 30 day listing. So how long the posting is up, is meaningless to you on your job search, it will always be there for at least 30 days. We don't pop ads up and down daily. So hold on, you don't know how fast or slow their hiring process is. I'd follow up in a week if you haven't heard. Good luck

Some places of business will cancel you out and won't consider you for a position if you apply twice. Rather it be you, or even if you applied, and a staffing company applied for you. Its not a good look to apply more than once. If you want to call and check the status of the position, or verify that someone received your resume, thats fine. That's also a good way to actually talk to a person without looking desperate. Good luck!

If it is the exact same position, it is probably best not to apply twice in the same application period.

It would be redundant AND make you look disorganized, since you "forgot" that you had already applied.
