late period but negative?

i have been taking ovulex for almost a month now. my period was supposed to start thursday the 22 (yesterday) but it didnt. even though im not having any pregnancy symptoms at all besides being late, i took a pregnancy test this morning but it was negative. could it be the ovulex messing up my cycle?

i also started taking that recently and noticed i am late (day 31 now) and its neg. i have no symptoms of being preg or impending p. so i have stopped taking that and am just waiting for the whatever comes next.

Are you taking the ovulex for ovulation problems? If so if you didn't ovulate you won't have a period. You should retest in a few days if you still don't have your period. If the test is still negative you'll want to call your doctor and let him know what's going on. Chances are that you'll have a blood test to see if a. your pregnant or b. you ovulated. If the tests both come back negative then you'll most likely have to take progesterone to get your period started.

very possible that drug is messin with it. if you have had regular periods before the medicine. i would wait another week and take another test to be sure. sometimes if you are early on then it wont show up on test. ive had that happen before. also when u take another test in a weeks time give it like 5-10 min longer than it says to to read it . cause if you are still early it takes longer for the hormone to effect the test. thats happend to me too. there was not hardly anyting at all on the test an after bout 5 more min i noticed a very faint line so look very carefully in the light where the line for pregnant should be. but i have heard that if you have period normally then birthcontrol will mess it up so i wish u luck and i hope the info helps .

you need to wait two more days then try the test it may be a false negitive
