Without food you ultimately starve to death. With food, you will live and have the opportunity of doing something about security.

I would say food being a single parent of two little kids. I can provide the best security and still have something happen but life without food or little is a harder thing to deal with.

food is more important as you cant live without food i never used to eat and i nearly died because of it so i would advise you to eat and dont ever stop eating as you will kill yourself doing it.
