I am looking for a 2.0 liter glass beer boot for a birthday gift. Does anyone know where to find one?

This is like the glass boot (das boot) from Beerfest. I am hoping to find a 2 L boot available in a place other than ebay. I am also aware of Straubs & Warsteiner, but was wondering if anyone knew of other resources.
