My last MRI is confusing me.I just asked for the writted report cause can't go back to doc right now.This is what it says.Sacroiliac joints are generally unremarkable.Severalsoft tissue masses in pelvis. May merely be related to bowel as opposed to neurofibromas involving lumbar plexus.Further evaluation is desired CT needed

They found some questionable masses and need a CT to rule out anything serious.

The saw some masses that they cannot telll if they are on your large intestine or on the nerves from your lower back and would like to do a CT for a better look.

It says that there isn't anything significant causing your issue. There is some masses, but they think it probably is your intestines and their contents, they would however, recommend a CT scan to verify things noted.
