No. But a little Irish Blarney doesn't hurt. Say you helped at carwashes to raise money for a sports team; write down that you did "team fundraising". For the most part, you should only include truthful information. You want to be accepted to a college where you will be successful - even if it's not your dream school.

its like a job app. they will go through it with a fine tooth comb and don't forget your school keep records on alot of different things not just grades
you may lie but it will be in your folder
