Most teethers say right on the package what is inside them. These days most just contain distilled water except the gel filled ones (which are filled with non-toxic gel).

Some have water, some have a non-toxic gel, but I don't know what the gel is. There was a big deal about chemicals in them years ago, I forget exactly when, but the manufacturers all had to go to non-toxic stuff -supposedly.

The old ones had chemicals and should not be used. New ones have water.

Most contain water, some contain other things. The only I know of is "pur ice". It is my understanding under US law companies are not obligated to disclose those ingredients to the public nor even the FDA.

I'm pretty sure they just fill them with water...Why would they put a chemical?

I just bought one that says it has distilled water in it...not sure its the same though....

they aren't allowed chemicals what if it poped?? its just extremly clean water
