I have to write my aspirations for my job and I dont know what to write! I want to write something meaningful... but my muse is gone.. Can anyone help me? These are the questions:

1. Describe your short and long-term career aspirations, including timing if applicable. Consider possible positions, experiences, activities, and any interest in cross-divisional, cross-functional, or international assignments.

2. Write your Key Strengths. They are the competencies, skills and behaviors that have contributed to your positive impact on the business.

3. Write your Key Development Needs. They are the critical skills and behaviors that enhance your performance and foster growth for current and/or future roles. Key Experiences Needed are those guided on-the-job developmental experiences (and other experiences such as task forces) that are needed to accelerate your development and help you reach your long-term potential.

my annual evaluation is coming next month and my boss asked last year similar questions last year for me to answer this year. i`ve thought about it often and when i go in i will answer off the cuff since i know my asperations, my strenghts and with those two i know where i need to grow as an employee and as a person
