Wow Eighteen Visions.. I'm really shocked that someone asked about them.
That song is off of their new CD. I've been a fan since the OLD days, and I honestly have to say that I prefer Vanity and then Obsession and THEN their newest self-titled CD. They also had 2 REALLY old CDs, but those are really hardcore/metal (no seriously). Their self-titled is REALLY good too, but I prefer the others.
So if you like the song "Victim" I would highly recommend checking out their "Obession" CD.
They are the sweetest guys EVER and probably one of the top 3 bands I've seen live.
