Yes, they do. When they are terrified or badly hurt they do scream. Sometimes if they get just a tiny bit hurt or scared, they will let out a little whimper. They will also snort if they get annoyed.

Yes they do... I used to have a dog that would catch wild rabbits. The young rabbits were especially prone to screaming. The sound is more of a very high-pitched squeal that makes the back of your neck tingle.
A pain-scream is not th only noise that rabbits are capable of either. I own a male dutch rabbit who will make a sort of grunt noise (like people snort who snort when they laugh) when he gets annoyed.
Actaully, any creature with vocal chords will make some sort of noise when injured.

Sometimes when rabbits breed they make a grunting noise, but i have heard them scream if they hurt themself. At fair 1 year 1 of the rabbits in the grand champion meat pen went to jump off the table and the girl grabbed it's back leg and it broke it's back, well when she grabbed it's foot and it jumped it screamed because it hurt itself. So yes they do scream when they get injured.

Yeah when rabbits are dying or have severe problems they squeal, it sould almost like an alarm going off where you don't even know where it's coming from until you realize it's from the rabbit.

Years ago I got a newsletter from The Humane Society. It was a campaigne to stop cosmetic companies from testing on domestic animals...Gillette to be exact. They said that the tests that were run on bunnies was that they put shaving cream in their eyes to see if it burned, and the bunnies would scream in pain....so yes they do scream. I'm sure any animal will scream, howl, yelp, cry, whine when pain is inflicted upon them.

Yeah, they let out a high pitched squeeling noise. You;ve probably never heard anything because your rabbits haven't been hurt. Good thing.
