When your young having a conversation with a girl gets viewed as a relationship. People are silly, pay no attention.
You know the truth an thats all that matters, no matter what go's on people make stuff up or miss read the situation.
I think your being a mate.
But in later life your partner should be your best mate.

if you did it cause you like her and was hoping for maybe a wee kiss even if it was on the cheek then yeah you want to be her boyfrend so ask her, yeh it would seem like your acting like the boyfrend part but if you walked her to the bus stop cause you just wanted to make sure she got on alright and werent even hoping for a wee cheeky smile from her then your pals and you aint doin it cause you like her or acting the boyfrend but cause your buds
