My boss is really starting to piss me off. Everytime I send her an email that benefits her, she responds within the day. But when I send her an email about some issues more about me like money problems, and how will taking a certain program affect my pay she chooses to ignore my email and not respond directly to my question. It really ticks me off. Does your boss do the same thing?

Better to sit down with your boss if it has to do with your pay. And money problems? Personal ones? Those aren't any concern of your boss's. You should be getting paid on your merits, whether you *need* the money or not has nothing to do with whether you deserve a raise. Sit down with your boss and prove why you deserve more money. An email is such a lazy, casual way of going about it she will continue to ignore you. Often, more than one meeting is required.

I would send these e-mails directly to HR (if it's regarding pay or benefits).
