i pay my employees a salary
that means if they work 20 hrs they still get the same as 60 hrs
so no time cards no nothing
i have ppl that work from home or some in to the office after hrs so it would be very hard to keep track of everyone

I have an automatic system. We each have cards with bar cods on them much like a library card. Then when we get there we swipe and then when we leave we swipe again. We also swipe if we switch areas during the night.

I have an electronic time card that I swipe through a machine.
It automatically punches in the time I arrive and when I leave.
