Because it is a scam. I myself was sent a email from this company after signing into careerbuilder.com. One of my friends told me about this a while ago because his mom was ripped off. Anyways I did some looking around the web and here is some useful info I found. Also if the email is not from careerbuilder.com (part of the senders email address) than it is not officially from careerbuilder.
