im wondering if there is a national difference in what we are paid, just our basic hourly rate as im now starting with a third and the difference ive experienced is quite alot??? im only comparing shop based, not call centres or airports
so im asking what is your hourly rate, who do you work for and where are you based?

im not wanting to compare countries , im taking about within the uk and comparing the same companies.

there has to be some difference, from country to country, based on cost index!
