The Harry Potter books are still copyrighted, and can not be (legally) downloaded from the Internet.

You cannot legally download the harry potter books. They are on bittorrent or mIRC sometimes, but it is illegal to download them.
Some books can be bought in a digital formal from online bookstores, but I dont beleive the harry potter books are on there.
