I always have lots of ants around my home! I put ant traps out, and spray, but more keep coming from my nieghbors yards, who by the way do nothing to get rid of the ants! They just let them crawl all over their yards! I can see them coming along the sidewalk to my house! I used to use diazinon granulas, which worked great, but they took it off the market! I haven't been able to find anything on the market, that works as good! Does anybody know of any product that works good to kill the ants! Right now I'm using Terro traps, but it seems to take weeks, and the ants are still there!

I would use an outside insect spray that you spray all the way around your house, even the place where the siding and the foundation come together. Get it around the base of the foundation. Do it inside and outside.

Inside, there are various non staining products that you spray on the base boards and on the floor, so go around the house spraying that. Ants are insects, insects lick their feet, so all the ant has to do is to step into the now dry area and will die shortly after licking their feet. You can get it on the carpets, floors, flooring, baseboards, and wall - I would direct the spray so that it covers the baseboard, a little of the walls, and about 6 inches onto the carpet. READ THE LABELS. Also open all cabinets where there is a pipe coming in for a sink, washer, refrigerator water line if you have an ice maker and cover the faucets that supply water to your clothes washer as well as where you washer discharges your water

Ants become a nuisance when they enter homes. Instead of spending money on costly pest control, you can get rid of ants by removing the food source and using soap water.

you can make a thin line around the area w/ either ajax cleaner or dishsoap. it acts almost as a barrier and they won't cross it! plus it won't hurt kids or other animals if eaten like other toxins!
