not just congress but other political positions , shouldn't we make sure these people have a clear mind before making decisions that effect our way of life?
also would you say people taking prescribed anti depressents have a clear mind to make decions for our country or not ?

Yes, political positions should be required 3 times a year to hold their position, and sprung on them unexpectedly!!! Anybody who gets paid with the tax payers money SHOULD have that done, along with the people on welfare too.
Yes, as long as they take their medicine they could make decisions with a clear mind, but I would prefer someone not taking anti-depressants. However they should be monitored, to make sure they take them.
