Cats, dogs, hay fever and dust. We recently had to find our cat of 3 years a new home. Allergies suck! As for food- walnuts and milk.

Gluten. It's the ingredient in wheat which makes the flour bind when you're making bread. I only found out about this allergy a few months ago. But since I've almost eliminated my wheat intake, I no longer wake up with puffy eyes and a stopped up nose. Weird!

I don't know what I'm allergic too, I just sneeze. i think I am allergic to chimpanzees, because I sneezed on a chimpanzee once.

consider yourself lucky. I am allergic to wheat, soy, eggs, dairy, peanuts, tomatos, avacados, mushrooms, all foods containing amines (most fruit, many veg) as well as dust, mites, and trees. Ever try being on a diet where you cant eat meat, eggs, bread, (or anything made with flour) most fruit and veg, and cheese, and poultry, or fish? It sucks, lemme tell ya.
