Icons and such.....?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make animated icons..if there is a free website without downloading?

I know how! there IS a free website... it is called:
Iconator.com

This is EASY, you can do it!!

all you need is paint, iconator, and a picture.

I started making icons 5 years ago on PAINT. What i did was made the size of my "painting" 48x48 pixels. Then i magnified it so it looked huge. From there, i drew a picture... a cat, a dog, a robot... w/e. then i saved it as jpeg, or gif. then i submitted it to iconator!!

nowadays, one can easily just get a smaller picture of say... george bush or elmo...

300x300 pixels works well...

and then go to iconator.com and go to "iconator animator" it's on the right hand side of the screen. when u go there, you put in the domain for the picture of elmo/bush... and then hit "formulate" or something. that will show the icon. for multiple frames, add more pics. to add words, write a message on paint in a 300x300 box.

to add that clip, just hit "add more frames," and then choose the paint file with words on it.

it's easy. you'll get the hang of it...
