How do you turn print spoolers on and off on a windows xp...sp2?

I had my computer "professionally" cleaned and they shut off my print spoolers (who knows why) so now I can't print.

shouldn't be off, but you turn it on by going through admin tools in the control panel. Under services you'll find your print spooler.
