I have a 1990 eclipes GSX with a 4G63 turbo. I want to upgrade the turbo. What would be the best so i can drive it daliy and kill at the strip?

Just get a bigger one that you can make fit..

Along with any turbo upgrade, there comes many other required mods. If you go with a 16G, you will need a fuel pump that can handle it as well as bigger injectors. I can tell you that my '90 GSX had a 14B (stock) and with nothing more than a boost controller got it to run in the 13s. These engines are very capable, and with minor mods done right can do some extraordinary things. Key words "done right." I don't know how many times I've seen big turbos on cars that can barely hit 12 seconds. It isn't all turbo, and if not done right can cause engine meltdowns.

Just get the most reliable turbo out there that is available to this car. Don' t put too much hp or it might make the handling terrible.

i suggest reading up at www.dsmtuners.com and www.dsmtalk.com
i would recommend a small 16G turbo. direct bolt-on turbo with no modifactions. would only require minimal engine modications such as larger fuel pump, etc.
your stock 14b turbo should easily get your car into the high 12's at the track. a small 16g should get you solid to low 12's without spending a fortune

evo3 16g is the best all around turbo and is capable of giving up to 400 Hp with supporting mods.

for a daily street super fast turbo kit would be from Apexi ISAMU series (ihi RX6).. and also from the HKS GT version easy 500hp on wheels.. dont forget other mains stuff too .. like the ECUs .. go for HKS F-Conn VPro or Motec* M4 series ($$$$) *equip with anti-lag system for that 'bang-bang' xhaust xplosion ..
