I can't open my drive c: because of trojan horse small.2.AA that was deleted automatically by my AVG anti virus. It indicated autorun.vbs missing.... what is the first step should i do...to open my drive C:...please help me......

My pc has java webstart application manager and i'm afraid it might affect the program.... or can it affect the other program..if i will used noscript.exe..?
