What do you want to know.
You can use any number of white pages sites to find their phone number and address, if they're listed. Verizon's Super Pages is just one such example.
You can use Google to search of their name, phone number, etc. to see if any mentions come up.
You can try zabasearch.com, but there's very little information there, that's not free.
If you know where they live and they own a home, real estate records might be online. Ditto if they hold a business license.
In general, driving and criminal records are not available online for free. You need to pay someone to do the work of getting this information.
