When you're home sick. . .?

Do you like lots of attention or do you like to be left alone?

My wife and kids tell me I am an absolute pain in the @$$ when I'm sick and so I heal alone. Which in all honesty is sometimes nice but I feel better when someone is in the room with me.

What about you?

Do you lick your wounds alone,
or do you prefer to let others care for you?

I want to be left alone if I'm doing something gross in the bathroom, but otherwise some TLC is always welcome!

Depends on how sick I am and with what. Like...if I have the flu or I'm throwing up or something, I prefer to be left alone.

Now if I just have a headache or a little cold, I'll totally whine about it. Today I'm at work and not feeling well and trust me...everyone knows it.

It's also better to limit your contact with the members of your family who aren't sick.

You probably like people being around, because you enjoyed the care that you received from your parents when you were sick as a child. There's nothing wrong with that.

i think alot of men like to heal on their own. well the men i know. they go to work sick and tired and if they stay home they just want to be left alone. as a mother of four that's kind of how i'd like it.

I want to be left alone, no one is even aloud at my house when i am sick and most everyone i know knows this so i don't even have to tell them anymore~

But if a friend (or significant other) is ill, I'm glad to make house calls. I've been told I'm a good nurse.
