Not anyone really famous....but...
I am related to the woman who wrote the book that "Mean Girls" was based around. The book - Queen Bees and Wannabees. The author - Rosalind Wiseman, she is my mothers second cousin twice removed.
I am also related to the guy who invented the game of "Life" (remember that one!) He is my grandfather's second cousin
This doesnt count, but its neat - my dad's first cousin was the administrative assistant to the producers of "Friends" and her son was David Schwimmer's personal assistant (slave) for a few years - apparantly he was a real pain to work for. I also knew the show was going to end two years before it was public- but i had to keep my mouth shut.
I have taught (i am a teacher) three (of six) of the daughters of the last male of the Royal Austrian Hapsburg family. There are no male heirs - bummer.
OH! and I went to summer camp with Seth Green for many years. - yes he is really short

Yes, my dad is a cousin of George Bush (23rd degree, though), I am a cousin of Princess Diana (same sort of degree) and so on and so forth. Amongst my ancestors, you will find many kings, emperors and a few Saints. All this is true!
Great thing to get the kids interested in history and to have a funny chat in social gatherings.
