Are you a lone wolf or a team player?

Guess i'm a lone wolf, it's kind of dificult to me to be a team player, wich have been bad sometime in my life.

In my work we can be lone wolf, for a long time, since software develop is kind of a lonely process.

But if you want to move on in your career, you need to start relating people in order to become an analizer, or a team leader, or even to work as an independant consultant.

I guess for me that personal characteristic, have become a obstacle, wich i'm trying to avoid.

i am a team player unless the team i am working with does not believe in doing their part because then i become the lone wolf and just go on and do my part and forget the rest. good luck.

I have had bad experiences with depending on other people, so I'd say lone wolf would have to be me.
