What is the best process of obtaining an IL drivers license? I currently have a restricted license in MI.?

I currently have have a restricted license in Michigan. I just moved to Chicago. I recieved a DUI in Michigan in 2001 and have to drive my car with a breathalyzer and only between the hours of 6am and 9pm. What I want to know is can I get an IL license without MI removing the restrictions?

Your restrictions will show if you try to get a license in ILL. I think you will have to check but I think you wont get an ILL. license.
