Likely the Canadiens in the 70. Most likely the team that only lost 8 games in the season.

Firstly check your facts...no such player was on the TML roster. Ed Olcyck was the leading scorer that year for the Leafs and no one since Gary Leeman in the early 80's scored more than 50.Then Dave Andreychuk scored 50+ in the early 90's. The 100 points that is attributed to the Leafs that is a joke. You guys are joking right? It is a good one, very funny. The Leafs finished last that year in the "Chuck" Norris with 60 points.

56 games by the 1988-1989 Toronto Maple Leafs with star right wing, the Canadian Dominic Franch. He scored 59 goals that season and had 45 assists.

56 games in 88-89 by the Maple Leafs with star Russian player Igor Zhitnov. Dominic Franch was also pretty sick... the whole team was sick. Franch led the league in points that year with 59 goals and 45 assists, but i still think Zhitnov was better.
