take a long soak in a bathtub with warm water and an aromatic essence. light candles and put on soothing music. sometimes, with a glass of wine.

I would have a chat with my mum or friend. And have a bath to relax then i would feel sleepy. I get a good nights sleep once I have a bath. I would pray and ask God for peace and assurance. (I do believe in the power of prayer)I sometimes dance and express what i'm feeling It releases endorphines. Music helps. Smell your favourite smell.

Go rent hotel room for the weekend and relax by the pool and have drinks and food brought to me while I tan

If im feeling good about myself, I'd rest.
If not, or if im worried about something, i'd be torturing myself with thoughts and can't sleep. In this case, i'd try removing these thoughts by reading a book or listening to music.

i would either work out (if i'm stressed), take a xanax or toke a doobie (if i'm stressed), or quite possibly take a nap. A nap is good for stress or, of course, being tired. Honest answers!!
