I pull my toe nails off. It makes my feet look horrible, but I have done this all my life and I don't know how to stop. I am also hungry all the dang time and that is irritating as heck too. And, I wish I didn't like to spend money like I do. I used to smoke and drink alcohol and snort crystal meth. I feel like I've traded out the more illegal bad habits for the legal ones. I can't do anything that feels good in moderation!

Smoking, but all habits are bad ones, a habit being something you feel compelled to do as opposed to the routine things you really want to do and are healthy for you. I suppose sitting at the computer for hours looking at porn or having dirty chats with women while they watch me on webcam qualifies, as well, but at least that's fun. Smoking is definitely #1.

I'd probably say smoking. Almost everywhere I go, I'm excluded or looked down upon. The only bonus I get is a break from work. That's kind of funny though, cause the non smokers get asked why are they in the back.

*If I don't make my chores "SOP's (standard operating procedures)", then they just don't get done:
**Scrubbing the toilets
**Vacuuming the house (the vacuum's old and it's a wrestling match to get it done)
**Doing the bills
**Correcting papers (I teach)
