Our enemies who have something to prove to us, or our friends who know all our weaknesses and may use them against us when they become jealous, envious or when thing gets bad?

Good question. I don't really know, because if people hear bad about you from somone known as your enemy, they are less likely to believe it is true then if it came from an old friend who knew you well. But you don't want to go through all your life not trusting friends just incase they screw you over. I say, know who your enemies are but don't sweat them too much. Don't fear either friends or enemies...when the time comes just...deal with it :]

I'd say friends cause for me it's easier to fight with an enemy than with a friend!For me it would be harder to confront or hurt one of my friends by saying bad things than to confront my enemies.

I think thats where trust comes in and if you cant trust your friends then they shouldnt be your friends so i belive you should fear your enemies. but i think you have a really good point!

We should fear ourselves. We have great potential to destroy each other simply by the words we say and the actions we take in life, no matter how seemingly small they are.
