sure she went,I'm very sure - when she was still in the competition her boobs didn't look as big as when she came back to perform wearing that blue dress which revealed her apparent enlarged boobs!

I think she did, but she has gained some weight too. Take a look at the video at the bottom, Ryan thinks she did too.
