You can get a broad leaf weed killer spray. You simply attach it to your hose and spray it on. Just be sure you dont get any in your flower beds, or on bushes. Grass and only grass.
Another way to do it, and I personally prefer doing it this way, get a bucket or plastic grocery bag, go out there get on yer knees and pull em out. Try doing so a few hours after watering, or first thing in the morning when the ground is still moist. The weeds come out so much easier, just be sure to get them out root and all, otherwise they will only return, sometimes even more vigorous. I try to stay away from chemicals as in the long run it can really F up things in yer yard. but like I said, thats just a personal preference.

What kinds of weeds? A broadleaf weed willer will kill the weeds and leave the grass unharmed. Just check the labeling for which grasses could be sensitive to the killer.

An herbicide that kills one kind of grass will kill them all. If it were me, I'd let the bahia grow. My lawn is a mixure of grasses, clover and violets, and it never goes brown. It's soft to walk on too, and always fragrant.
The only thing I pull is crabgrass because a crabgrass plant makes it look like a bare spot. When I pull crabgrass, I throw turgrass or clover seeds into the hole.
