There is a 1948 movie called "Easter Parade" with Judy Garland. Lots of music, it's a fun movie, cute costumes.

So at least since 1948 there have been Easter Parades that were a big deal with big hats.

The hi-story of Easter Parades is Law Law,
Law: no matter whether Left or Right of God on high.
Highs? Mind not high things? Be not high-mindead x 2?
More Excellent: neither broadmindead nor narrowmindead?
