Before you can try somebody for a crime you have to be able to quote a law that was violated.

And then you have to show some actual evidence that would create reasonable suspicion in an unbiased observer that the person may have committed that crime.

Fortunately, there are enough people who believe in the US Constitution so that you will never be able to arrest somebody because you disagree with them politically.

Update:
It should worry everybody that I was given three thumbs down for suggesting that somebody has to actually violate a law before you can try them in court. Have none of them ever heard of the US Constitution?

I see this is still open for answers and I believe there is no crime as both parties agreed to go. Now if there had been no war can you imagine what probably would of happened? Hassan would still be killing his own country people and could of used the weapons of war by now and then where would everyone be? People would of also blamed President Bush for not doing anything. I would be careful of the accusations that you make because, do you know the truth? or do you just listen to all the news broadcasts. Do you think everything would be revealed to the news media? AS far as I'm concerned they always want to stir up all bad news, as not too many people want to hear good news. Also you need to respect your leaders and if you cannot do that then why did you put them in office? If you are believers in prayer you need to pray for God to direct and guide him in his leadership. I am a Canadian. but I pray for him and respect him. There is always people who can find fault with any one and anything.

Some people say if you voted then you have a right to speak your opinions. If you did not vote then keep your mouth shut.

Silly, sophomoric raving about George W. being a criminal only serves to discredit rational political disagreement with supporters of the current administration.

It has become impossible to engage the other side because when one tries some fool comes along with this sort of trash talk and diverts everyone into mutual hate fests. Enough already.

If you are so ignorant of law as to suppose that there is any validity to the assumptions implicit in your question then you need to spend a great deal more time educating yourself and a lot less time preening about how clever or morally superior you are.

Yes, he must face trial at least to prove that he is totally innocent and not guilty in invading Iraq and Afghanistan for no gain of USA Which American will never believe. If he does not face trial now history in future will try him for killing many Americans in useless and unnecessary wars, may be in absentia at that time he will remain undefended. In absentia trial usually an accused is awarded punishment.Sp Mr. President should ask the Attorney General to indict him if there is any evidence against him at all.otherwise declare him innocent.

I think Bush should be impeached. What I'd really like to see is Bush, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz and Cheney tried for crimes against humanity in the World Court at the Hague. I believe that they have condoned torture of prisoners in Iraq and at Guantanamo. There also is evidence that they've employed other nations to torture detainees for them. This goes against everything that America stands for and the Geneva Convention. This shouldn't be allowed to pass without being investigated and the people responsible being held accountable. The US doing this tells the rest of the world that might makes right. That's not what the founding fathers had in mind.

What crime? You must be a democrat liberal that has learned if something is told often enough, it becomes fact. We are at War and you must remember as a conciencious American, DIVIDED WE FALL. If it is your wishes and all of your friends wishes that OUR, not yours OUR country becomes the Socialist States of North America, then have at it pal. Thats where you are taking this country because there are not enough conservatives with guts in the Government to stop you.

Please provide proof of crimes. all you liberals keep talking but do no answering...... I am pretty sure that a large majority of Liberals are guilty as well since they approved everything that is going on the world. Hence the reason they vote. So whatever Bush is guilty for Obama and Clinton, Cheney and CNN are just as responsible
