I'm pretty sure these people above me don't even know who Kate Bush is. Amy lee has a mediocre voice and crappy songs. Kate Bush is an artist, and her voice always embodies the character of the song.

Best song is Going Under.
For an extremely powerful voice, it's also a very smooth voice. She sounds good belting out lyrics or singing softly and the best part is you can understand every word she says.

But, overall, I'd have to say Sharon den Adel of Within Temptation is the BEST singer ever XP Yet, Evanescence is the best band.
