Well, I think the thing to do would be to sit him/her/it down and ask where they
came from, how long did it take to get here, and what was their first impression.
Then I would offer them refreshments. I would ask what they eat and drink. I would want to know what life is like where they come from. Are they a peaceful
people or a warring one. How long do they plan on staying, and do they plan on
taking back souvenirs?

Okay what would I do if I caught an Alien? Well first thing I would do is make sure that he is friendly. Then I would take him home and make sure that he wasn't hurt. I'd probably fed him and make sure he was comfortable. Of course by that time the authorities would have found him and taken him away for all kinds of experiments.

A living alien or an alien corpse? Different for each situation, I would think. If I found ET I would immediately go out and get him some Reece's Peices, but I wouldn't put any stupid dress-up clothes on him (it's not Halloween!). A dead one, well I'd have to pose it for some freaky photos with me and my friends and copious amounts of booze.
