It means you just simply were at the wrong place at the wrong time...sorry.

A bird did it on my head two weeks ago, it was like vallina ice cream with treacle dripping through my hair.

I had to walk for about 25 mins to get home with it just sitting there (I have a skin head)

it was in through my fingers, cause I checked my head, it was everywhere.

Since then, I have had a job interview, the college wants to see me even though I applied two months late and I seem to be alot happier.

I guess I owe a bird somewhere a pint lol

It's meant to be good luck, but I'd consider it very unlucky if I had the embarrassment of walking through the streets with poo all over me!

it was meant to be good luck but about a year ago, a friend went for a job interview and on his way there he got pooed on by a bird. i told him how it was good luck and that he would get the job. he didn't get the job and had to pay for his suit to be dry cleaned so i challenge whoever says it is good luck!!

Yeah really good luck - NOT. So if an Albatross dropped a massive poo on you would that be 1000 times more lucky?

they think that you have good luck and bad luck in life,
when a bird pooped on you - then this was the bad luck - therefore
the good luck has to come now

Hi there.
The belief that touching something dirty brings good luck goes way back to medieval times across most of Europe, and that if the dirty thing touches you this is even luckier.
So have a go at something and see if it is true!
Cheers, Steve.

I had a friend in college who walked out of her dorm (she was early) and a bird pooped on her. She went back in, showered, re-dressed, came out and it did it again. She redid everything and it happened a third time.

I told her if it were me, I'd have quit trying to go to class that day!

You must have heard that from "Under the Tuscan Sun." That was also the first time I heard about it. However, I can only say that it's superstition at best. Although, I would still wish something really good happens your way.

Have a good hot shower and treat yourself to a day at the spa for that one. I don't call it lucky, but I know some old Italians who do. I think it means you need to pamper yourself for the rest of the weekend.
