Anyone know of a website or service that will take a picture of a human and turn it into a cartoon? I'm no artist, so I can't do it myself and I need to get a picture of me as a cartoon/animation.

Best bet would to have someone you know that can draw well do it, or a friend that can.
But if you need an actual cartoon moving and such, good luck on that, its not neccacerly easy making your own live cartoon.
