Did the Sikhs copy hinduism and Islam?

That is one theory. The Sikhs traditionally occupy an area of India that sits between the Muslin north and the Hindu south. And it seem to have some elements of both religions.

No. Sikhism doesn't copy anyone. Never say that again. it's actually may seem like that but it is not. All the teachings and principals of Sikhism came from God not Hinduism or Islam. What God told to the founder of my religion, it was done. And about turbans, Sikhs wear turbans in order to cover their hairs because mostly the ones who wear turbans, they don't cut their hairs according to the religion, because in my religion, cutting hairs from any part of your body is considered a sin because in Sikhism, hairs are considered sacred, they symbolize Sainthood and cutting them is wrong. All of us humans grow up to be adults, we grow hairs on our body and why we even cut them just because we don't like them? Well our this likeness gets in the way of Work Of God! God doesn't like it, I mean just think about it, when hairs grow on our bodies, that means that when God created us, there MUST have been some kind of importance of hairs. Then why we cut them, why not be appreciative for what we are given? I mean all of the Prophets and Saints of other religions kept hairs on their bodies. Even the artists who tried to create paintings of God as a human, they always put a beard on it.
