game master in world of warcraft hinted to me that starcraft2 might come out this year and diablo 3 next year, there used to be lots of rumors about d3 coming out 2011 to be rdy to reveal the reason behind 2012 and all that stuff, anyone with some insider info? plz no rumors i've seen them all lawl

I really doubt that it would be coming out this year, and if it is then they've kept it a secret from all of us.
Nothing offical has been anounced about Diablo 3, all that there is to rely on is the fact that Blizzard bought the URL adress www.diablo3.com. However it just takes you to the D2 page.
As for Starcraft 2, I honestly havn't heard anything. Blizzard is too busy with WoW to really care about anything else. If you can recall, Starcraft:Ghost has been in Development Hell since the late 90's.
It's a shame that they are favoring one series while the fans of their other two have been suffering nearly a decade for some new material.

properly surely there won't in any respect bea starcraft 2 hell has snow fall ever even observed it. PLus starcraft GHost replaced into scrapped the WOW craze will die in some years I mena verify out DIablo 2 after the patch that killed .09 patch not almost as many ppl play because of the fact the flexibility leveling isnt as ez.

No I don't think so. Game publishers like to hype their games. They would have released a few screen shots or a technical demo (to show off the graphics even if the game play is not ready) by now. More people would have heard of the rumors. My point is game developers like to trickle information out as the game make progress to keep the product in the minds of consumers.

Blizzard is very open about what projects they are working on and what their timetable is
And so far, I haven't heard a peep about starcraft 2 OR diablo 3

Guild communication and management can be done through the guild commands. Players can get basic information about the guild, send guild chat messages, invite others to the guild, promote/demote them, remove them, set a message of the day, change the guild leader and even quit the guild.
Type /ghelp for a list of guild commands. Note that some commands can only be used by the guild leader.

/ginvite - invites another player to join your guild
/gremove - removes a player from your guild

/gquit - removes you from your guild
/groster - gives an entire guild roster
/gleader - sets another player as the guild master (guild master only)
/gdisband - disbands your guild (guild leader only)
