Yesterday i was playing tennis while i was playing i felt kinda awkward down there...but i didn't want to check so i kept playing. When i got home i went to the bathroom and notice that the foreskin or w\e of my...penls rolled back. I was scare and left it alone thinking it would return to normal after a while. Couple of hrs past I checked, it was still like b4, i tried to rolled it back to normal it worked. I was relieved. Next morning it happened again, but didn't roll back much. Why does this happen? Is it normal?

Yep, very normal just your foreskin retracting part of the natural process.

Retracting of the foreskin (prepuce) i s a good sign specially
when you indulge in sexual activity. The dual advantage is you can keep your penis clean with the accumulation of smegma (cheese like coating on the circumference of the penis ) which can be prevented and the other is desensitizing of penis which can help you to prolong the sexual act. For this every time you go to the restroom spray water on it which will desensitize it. Further keep the prepuce skin pulled back when you wear the inner wear (brief or boxer) so that glans remain exposed to the cloth thereby desensitizing it further and you will be surprised at long time you can spend at sexual act. The problem of premature ejaculation is completely ruled out. ENJOY!

That's because you are not circumcised. The skin will loosen especially if you masturbate a lot.
I got circumcised when I was 10 and my head is always bare and it's easy to clean. (I'm not jewish by the way)
