I do eat occasionnaly at McDonalds, but only the better quality foods: grilled chicken, chicken selects, yogurt parfait - sometimes their pies. I also sin with a few fries occasionnaly...
I don't eat their burgers or their nuggets. My kids do - and I try to wean them off. They now rarely eat nuggets - just the selects. Their high fat, low quality burgers are not worthy of eating.

I do....just not often. I rarely eat out anywhere.....restaurant or fast food alike.
If I ever do have McDonald's I won't get anything other than a Big Mac or chicken nuggets.....and fries of course. I don't get a huge size of anything either.

Sure. In moderation it is fine. Besides, it tastes good, and sometimes it's easy if you're on the run and need to eat.

Yes. I like the chicken selects, 3 piece meal. yummm. (drool, drool...) with ranch. and i also like a chocolate shake with it. the snack wrap is my next fave. mmm, as a matter of fact, i think ill get some micky d's today.
