As far as I can gather the "Wham Bam, Thank You Ma'am" method.

There were no florists, restaurants or cinemas in those days..........so seduction was out of the question.

and as for foreplay..........would you want too much of that when neither of you had cleaned your teeth for the last 25 years ?

mind you neandertal man didnt marry neandertal woman... he took her.. to be his mate.
and when they were out on raiding parties they would take other women... to breed, and increase the camp.

there are actually cave drawings near the border of france/switzerland that depict neandertals tapping it modus mammalia, ie: doggy style.

They did it Dinosaur fashion, couldn't have been doggy style as doggys didn't exist!
