Are you allready a member of ebay?
If not you would need to join, then go into your ebay personal page, and down the left hand side there will be a bit about pay pal, just click on that and it is more or less very stright forward.
You will need either a credit card, or bank card on file.
It is really easy to follow the instructions, and a lot easier when buying to pay by Pay Pal. Good luck, if you need any more information, you can always ask in the question and answers board on ebay.

Go onto the paypal website and register with a credit/debit card, it's pretty simple as far as I remember, then when you go to pay for something on ebay, you select the paypal option and log in

You need accounts at both sites. eBay first. Sign up is free.
PayPal next. You'll need an eBay account, a checking account, an email address, and a little time for verification.
